Description: This is a link to a listing of Florida's Healthcare Coalitions (HCCs), available on the Florida Department of Health’s Healthcare Coalition (HCC) Resource Center website. Healthcare Coalitions are collaborative networks of health care organizations and their respective public and private sector response partners. The purpose of HCCs is to ensure that local providers and other health care partners, including long term care centers, can plan collaboratively for the risks facing the health care community and identify available local resources. The development and sustainment of HCCs is a federal initiative and a requirement of the Hospital Preparedness Program (HPP) Cooperative Agreement funded by the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR).
